Nov. 3 - Conception

Nov. 17 - Positive pregnancy test

Nov. 19 - HCG Levels 509
Nov. 21 - HCG Levels 1007

Nov. 29 - One embryo developing normally

Dec. 11 - Heartbeat detected;
Embryo is 14mm long

Dec. 18 - Heartbeat is getting stronger,
Embryo is 20mm long

Jan. 4 - Heard heartbeat, Healthy and strong

Feb. 1 - Lots of fetal movement

Feb. 14 - Tests are clear; Heartbeat 146bpm; Abdomen measurement 18"; Quad Screen Test

Feb. 25 - Fetal body scan clear (Ultrasound #1)
Ultrasound Videos: 2 3 4 5

Mar. 13 - Quadscreen clear;
Lots of fetal movement and kicking.
We nicknamed the baby "The Karate Kid".

Mar. 26 - Started "The Bradley Method" (natural, non-medicated) child birth classes.

Apr. 21 - Second fetal body scan clear;
Heartbeat 132bpm; (Ultrasound #2)

April 26 - Baby's new room pictures...

May 17 - Oregon baby shower, Thank you everyone!

May 29 - The baby is extremely active and
responsive to sounds around him.

June 11 - The baby has turned downward and positioned himself low in the pelvis (Head down & face down); Kicking is very strong and more frequent; Some light cramping has started.

June 23 - Group B Strep test; Increased cramping; Hospital paperwork completed and travel bags are packed. Rox says,"It's any day now..."

June 26 - Baby shower at Rox's work, Thank you!

July 8 - Dr. Appt.: Rox's belly is 37"; Cervix is soft and has not dialated yet; Finalized birth plan; Using yoga ball to stretch the pelvis.
Started regimen of Evening Primrose Oil (Homeopathic source of Prostaglandins used to ready the cervix and naturally induce labor).

July 13 - So.Cal. surprise baby shower, omg!
Thank you everyone!

July 14, 10:50pm - Roxanne lost her mucus plug this evening.

July 19 - Braxton Hicks contractions are very strong, frequent, and irregular.

July 21, 5pm - Heavy contractions coming about every 4 to 6 minutes, and lasting about one minute. Staying prepared in-case we need to go the hospital.

July 24 - 2cm dialated and 80% effaced; Approximate baby weight 7 pounds 8 ounces; Doctor predicted delivery day, Sunday night.

July 25, 3pm - Enroute to hospital, contractions lasting 2 1/2 minutes and 4 minutes apart.
3:30pm admitted to hospital; Transition at 9pm; Pushing at 9:20pm with long rests in-between; Birth at 9:42pm
